Alfred Schmitz (Socialist Labor) stated total shows as 510 (county-by-county is 605) in Official Manual of Kentucky, and stated as 615 (no county-by-county numbers) in the Chicago Daily News Alamanac 1900.
The results were reversed by the General Assembly, leading to Goebel being Governor from January 31, 1900 until he died on February 3, 1900.
