Reid's endorsement is sure to win over a 30-year-old single man with average income and education, who was considering Sanders. I'll remove my tongue from my cheek now.

Hillary should make Reid her running mate; her ticket needs some charisma.

Are these endorsements going to help or hurt Trump? I ask because it seems that endorsements are hurting Rubio rather than helping him.

Endorsements hurt Establishment Candidate Marco Rubio because they remind everyone that Rubio is the establishment candidate that the media and the party elites are trying to stuff down the throats of the voters

Endorsements are yuge for Donald "The Nimble Navigator" Trump because he opposes the establishment and everything they stand for - he even refuses their money (and he loves money, folks!). These endorsements are the beginning of the their surrender, proof that the Republican Party has been thoroughly Trumped

I bet Jeff Sessions will endorse by Monday

Cruz doesn't have a viable path to the nomination.

He presumably wants to be re-elected, so probably neither.

Also, are elected officials typically less likely to endorse when they're within a few months of entering office? I've noticed that many of the big-city Democratic mayors who haven't endorsed are people who were only just elected.

Excellent Endorsement! Now Trump can smash Rubio as a fan of Obamacare!

Honestly, if there is a Rubio upset on Tuesday in the Deep South it will be right here in Tennessee.  The biggest rally of his campaign, the endorsement of an ultra-popular governor, and the ideologically conservative wealthy people in Knoxville and Nashville make it a possible surprise.

I actually agree with that - Tennessee is his best shot at a Super Tuesday win.

I would say Minnesota is his best shot, then Virginia, and then Tennessee, but I was just talking about the Deep South states.  Since TN is proportional (as long as you're between 20-66%, it doesn't matter that much, though).

By CD, however:

TN-01: Tossup (Rubio-Trump)
TN-02: Lean Rubio
TN-03: Lean Trump
TN-04: Likely Trump (2nd is probably Cruz, not Rubio)
TN-05: Likely Rubio
TN-06: Likely Trump (Rubio and Cruz in close race for 2nd)
TN-07: Tossup (Rubio-Trump-Cruz)
TN-08: Lean Trump
TN-09: Tossup (Rubio-Trump)

Tennessee won't go for Rubio, it's TRUMP country. It may be Rubio's strongest showing, but it will go for TRUMP unless Rubio can rack up big numbers in the cities.

Not sure how much it helps in a Republican primary to be endorsed by a guy who worked in the Obama administration.
