I am hessitant to fail this. I like the middle section and the bottom portion.
But on the flip side I do support capital punishment and am hessitant to remove it from the military.
Is there any particular benefit to retaining it specifically in the military?
The military is charged with the use and possession of deadly force for the defense of the nation and its people. That force could be used against the people and discipline is thus essential and I worry that without capital punishment, it could be harder to maintain order, particularly in a war environment if such were to occur at some point.
