UMich gets a narrow win up north and Baylor breaks the tie in North Texas. Now we go down South for probably one of the more popular southern states. Despite a lot of schools in the Bayou, many of them are newer to D1 or perennial losers/modest FCS schools so this likely comes down to LSU and Tulane. Perhaps LA Tech for basketball fans or ULL for football fans or maybe Grambling State to pity can squeeze a few votes.

[1] LSU - Used to be my favorite in the SEC because of Saban but Les Miles is still fun both beacuse of an in spite of his risk appetite. Night games in Death Valley must be the absolute greatest
[2] Northwestern State
[3] SELA
[4] Tech
[5] Louisiana-Lafayette - RAJUN' CAJUNS!
--
[6] Nicholls State
[7] McNeese State
[8] Grambling State
[9] Southern
[10] Louisiana-Monroe
--
[11] UNO
--
[12] Tulane

Past polls: AL; FL; IL; NorCal; MD; KY; CO; Upper New England; American Southwest; Backyard Brawl;
Middle America;North Texas; Michigan

Louisiana

EDIT: I know we're just four votes in, but I'm glad it appears that the Christian Laettner special hasn't left a sour taste in people's mouths. I, for one, can give the students much leeway for such funny chant creativity given the time period and who they were directed at. Other schools did worse and less original things.
