-Absolute right in 1st and 2nd trimester
-Only in case of rape, incest, or to protect life of the mother in the 3rd

4, 5, and 7. I am very pro-choice for the most part. Abortion should be legal in the first two trimesters. Late term abortions should be allowed, but for health/life saving reasons only (though I'd hate to imagine arresting would-be mothers). Tax-payers should only pick up the tab for abortions performed to protect the mother's life or well-being. I disagree with parental notification laws as well.

People should get over abortion and accept it being legal already.

That said I'd support funding/promoting abortions for poor mothers/mothers whose genetic profile shows that the baby is likely to have birth defects using state money or have low IQs.

So what if the doctor's wrong?  It's happened to people I know (luckily they didn't get an abortion).

It reduces the risk. Its the best we can do without the ability to genetically engineer fetuses in the womb(we're close to that but not quite yet).

Then they can always adopt one of the many parent-less orphans that live in this country.

So why kill someone b/c they aren't 100% as functional as everybody else?

Given how the fetuses are not people yet it doesn't count as murder. Try again.

They shouldn't count the fetus as a murder when a pregnant woman is killed then.  It's such a double standard (though much more horrible than abortion, admittedly).

Disagree. I like being able to slap on extra counts to keep murdererss off the street and getting the death penalty.

I also don't think we use the death penalty for enough offenses.

A fetus IS a life - and I want a murderer to be charged w/ 2 murders if he kills a pregnant woman.
