Given Grassr00ts has yet to post the debates (which I'm waiting for), I suggest we go back to my original plan.

I'd be happy to do the Republican debate tonight (now even, if you approve, Lumine), and a Republican candidate (maybe Spiral or Blair) could do the Democrats.

Granted, go ahead with a Republican debate.

Yeah, I don't think I am able to do it tonight, sorry.

Republican debate questions are up.

Lumine, if I need to change anything, let me know.

I'll do the democrats one this morning

edit: posted. I've made them a bit more fiery (rather than just standard policy questions) because as the primaries go on, they get more well heated, but if either Dkrol or NewYorkExpress think they're too much I'm happy to change them

Youch...that's really going to hurt Fletcher.

I suppose we can hand the GOP nomination to Christie on a silver platter now...especially if Fletcher doesn't repudiate that.

How would Biden picking Feingold, impact him, out of curiosity?

Yep, Fletcher is doomed to fall and Chrisite might as well be eating christmas dinner in the white house no. Unless, that is, Carolla can One Punch his way to 20%+ in the polls

Fletcher isn't doomed, VP choices are basically just endorsements. If he does fall then Walter Jones would surge

A good question, but I won't say. Much like in real life, players will have to take the gamble (in terms of public reaction) when selecting their Vice-Presidential picks.

I disagree. Attack Clark enough, or win back enough Clark supporters and either Biden or Clinton can beat Christie.

Of course, it's probably easier for Clinton in this scenario, with fewer ties to the administration, but Biden has the advantage of a more unified ticket (presumably) if he picks a Feingold or Sherrod Brown, than Christie does, who is forced to pick someone he probably won't get along with.

It's surreal that a voter would be like "The national review said Fletcher might potentially pick Upton as Vice President, a position I don't care about, with no confirmed information after Fletcher denied it several times, so I'm not going to vote Fletcher."

I don't think it would realistically tank my poll numbers or even stop the momentum in my campaign right now.

Upton's endorsement might have been closer to a curse than something to help Fletcher's campaign, mainly because Upton is campaigning against Scott Walker and this event that just happened.

The only thing the Upton endorsement did was help Fletcher get a delegate in New Hampshire. With Upton campaigning against Walker, Fletcher wouldn't choose him as VP because that would doom the Walker Campaign

Fletcher's campaign platform is something that resonates with a lot of Republicans, especially after the nasty 2010 Midterms. With his platform, comes a great ability to backfire basically any non- policy attacks against him. He's been railing against "political games" since 2003, and a non- policy oriented attack on him like this (especially one that doesn't resonate with voters) is perfect for one that Fletcher can refute and gain support off of.

And like Lumine said before, endorsements don't really change much in terms of polling.

Upton hates Scott Walker for a reason.

As someone who's worked on leadership campaigns a lot of the attacks you face are ridiculous, petty and often logic defying; I mean in 2015 we had people claim that Andy Burnham was a homophobe because he missed a single vote for the birth of his child.

Political campaigns aren't based on science.

Obviously, but that doesn't mean I'm going to start dropping supporters at the minute.
