It's the same story for a poll released by Public Policy Polling. LePage has a 12 point lead over Cutler, who has passed Mitchell.

Public Policy Polling surveyed 1,812 likely voters, Pan Atlantic SMS Group surveyed 400 likely voters.

The Margin of error is +/- 2.3 percent for Public Policy Polling and +/- 4.9 percent for Pan Atlantic SMS Group.
