REFUSED About this Poll The Fall 2010 St. Cloud State University Survey findings are based on telephone interviews with a representative sample of 628 (weighted and un-weighted) adults in Minnesota. The sample included both landline phones and cell phones. Interviews were conducted from October 10 to October 21, 2010 at the St. Cloud State University Survey Lab.
