Of them, 810 were determined by SurveyUSA to have already voted, or to be likely to vote tomorrow, 05/06/08. Unaffiliated voters are allowed to vote in the NC Democratic Primary. One-stop early voting began on 04/17/08 and ended 05/03/08. 115 delegates will be awarded, proportionately, to the Democratic National Convention.
