If the 2012 presidential election were held today, would you vote for Republican Mitt Romney or Democrat Barack Obama?

A new telephone survey of Likely Minnesota Voters finds Barack Obama with 51% support to 46% for Mitt Romney. One percent (1%) prefers some other candidate, while another one percent (1%) is undecided.

The survey of 500 Likely Voters in Minnesota was conducted on October 21, 2012 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 4.5 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC.
