Poll Demographics

About this Poll
The poll of 592 likely GOP Primary voters breaks down like this:

Romney, 29.9%
Gingrich, 24.7%
Santorum, 20.1%
Paul, 5.6%
Romney's lead is outside the 4% margin of error. Capital Research is the polling arm of the Alabama Education Association.

The poll was conducted March 5-7, meaning at least one day of polling was conducted after Mitt Romney won the most states and delegates on Super Tuesday, which could partly explain his surge in Alabama.
