The survey was conducted by telephone, September 15- 19, 2009. Respondents were identified using a voter file, and then screened for their likely participation in the 2010 general election. The margin of error for the sample overall is +/-3.5%, but may be higher for subgroups. The survey was commissioned by a group of organizations interested in ballot initiatives in Missouri.
