Certainly the best case scenario but a few months ago this was what the Dems were expecting having had a lead on the generic ballot.

Yep, if this were a neutral year, Dems would be pretty safe in IL,WI, WV,PA,possibly even CO. The tossups would be states like AR,FL, NC ad NH.
