As a person who is from Florida (born & raised and lived there until 1994 when I was 30 years old & am moving back there on December 28, 2009). If Florida ends up being a tossup into November 2, 2010, due to the nasty GOP August 24, 2010 primary between Governor Crist & former state House Speaker Rubio -- then Rubio will win the primary, which will mean on November 2, 2010 Democratic Congressman Meek will WIN!
