Well, the grammar is the least of the problems with that sentence.....seeing as how catholicism is far from the most common religion in Wales.

Yeah, I was just about to post that. Estimates show that about 3% of the Welsh are Roman Catholic.

The assertion that most people in Wales are Catholics is much funnier than the spelling-and-etc mistakes. And most of our Catholics have Italian or Irish surnames.

(btw, Josh's surname is Craddock, right [qm]. Craddock isn't a Welsh surname; it's Midlands)

Yeah, the assertion that most people in Wales are Catholics was my primary reason for posting it.  The spelling/grammar was gravy.

There are a fair number of continental immigrants in Cardiff.

Maybe one of Josh's ancestors went to a Welsh Catholic leadership conference?

Not just Cardiff; all of South Wales. Mostly from before the First World War though (back when more people moved to the industrial areas in Wales than away from them). There was once a time when just about every food-related shop in South Wales had an Italian name over the door.

Urgent site priorities:

1. Reverse map colors.
2. Delete texasindy's account.

Let me know if I got the order of priority backward.

I'm just basing it off my own experience in Cardiff. I hardly spent time elsewhere in South Wales except about three hours in Swansea waiting for a ferry to Cork.

So the cultural diversity of the village in "Fireman Sam" isn't so innacurate after all?? Wink

I apologize if this was already added...

I would never be embarrassed as an American to call John McCain my President.

I would be beyond disgusted to think of that murderer and war criminal as our President. Just as bad as Bush is now.

That is un-called for! How dare you say that about someone who fought and almost gave his life for America. You sir are a sumg bag.
