This is essentially the reverse of what happened last week in Kentucky.  The challenger was up for most of the night, until the end, when the incumbent starts to pull ahead.

Rispone leads by 7K when 500 of the remaining 725ish precincts are in Caddo, EBR, and NOLA. This will be over soon.
