I too want to put this forward for voting, it appeared in my Senatorial Campaign but likely won't be implemented on a national level so, if we cant go national lets just do it for our region.

Mr.Speaker I would like propose a new bill that would appropriate funds for a new navy base in San Francisco. I would also like to introduce an amendment to the 2013 Defense Appropriations Funding Bill to authorize the purchase of a new Aircraft Carrier which i am hoping  the Secretary of the Navy will name the U.S.S.Barack Hussein Obama.

Barack Hussein Obama was the last President of the now defunct United States of America. Many of the citizenry of the Pacific view him as their spiritual leader?

Does this look good?

Also can the Speaker only introduce the bill or will anyone else be able to put the 2 bills proposed by the Governor to the floor?

Hey guys, we made great progress this session, and I appreciate all of our efforts, especially Speaker Fuzzy! Cheesy

We also need to respect the SoIA, Mr. Speed of Sound, and should come to a conclusion of what we will use the transportation funds for. Possibly, a high speed rail from some location in Southern California to Reno, Nevada. The largest would be a rail from just outside, or in the rural areas of Los Angeles, which would go through San Bernardino County, and to western Nevada, where Reno is located.

Of course, we may want to use it for a subway system in Reno, to give an economic boom to the region, which could also benefit students who could travel all over the city for consumables, fabrics/clothing/accessories, and other items, but I do believe while option 1 is extremely risky, could benefit the Region. What do you think?

Do we have an idea which one will benefit for the long term more? Will the boom be permanent for the area? I think we need to look at the long term picture though we also do need the short term boost...

Great thought, Councillor. The IDS asked which of their proposals would be more beneficial to their economy, and I believe we should do the same.

It is a tough decision. If we can find a way to make that short term boost permanent or at least be able to sustain for a long term deal I'd be okay with it. I do think the high speed rail may be worth it especially if we are the first to do it and we can connect the rest of Atlasia to the Pacific. Considering that I live in Reno from my own judgement I think the public transportation here has a lot of room for improvement and a subway system would be very welcome in my home city and a high speed connection will be helpful for our students in the Pacific to have easy access. A subway combo if sustainable could bring major prosperity and of course encourage everyone to look for an alternative to driving which could save the regular Pacifican a lot of money considering gas and insurance.

I think the wiki reformation act is a little harsh.... perhaps there could be a Secretary of the Wiki appointed. I just have a hard time believing that any future Governors would add so much so often buut..... I've been wrong before Tongue

I hope this is the appropriate place to post this, and my apologies if it is not.

The Mideast Assembly has recently passed the following resolution, and I hope you would consider doing the same:

I think we should actually create a position designed to make sure that the Wiki is updated or at least assign one of the Councillors to oversee the Wiki.

Out of curiosity, Councillor, what do you specifically refer to as "oversee[ing] the Wiki"? If you mean uploading statute, I have been doing so this session, but I think for the long run, we should introduce the Wiki Reformation act, as outlined above.

I mean just someone who will update the wiki when needed. I agree though that a Wiki Reformation Act could be very helpful
