Telephone conversations and internet activity don't have a reasonable expectation of privacy and thus aren't protected under the Fourth Amendment.
Something you're doing in your own home doesn't have a reasonable expectation of privacy?
Not if it's something people outside your home can see or hear.

Chicago deep dish is not real pizza. That being said it's still better than New York Pizza.

Okay, I guess that's neither here nor there then ... it's in' delicious!
I don't think I've ever had New York style pizza, but in my mind no pizza beats Chicago style.  (I've even heard some say it should be considered a casserole.)

ADHD and medication for it is heavily pushed by parents and doctors, even for kids who really don't display the conditions so much. As a teacher, every kid that can't sit still for 5 minutes is deemed to have it. It's becoming a significant crutch for some students to blame/fall back on, many of which don't really have it.

Kind of a Malnati's loyalist. Smiley  Also, if anyone is ever passing through Champaign (where U of I is located), Papa Del's honestly gives every Chicago spot a run for its money.

At the end of the day, though, I actually prefer thin crust pizza more often than not.  Agatucci's in Peoria is still my favorite US pizza place.

People who don't like pizza are the scum of the earth.

(Exceptions are made for people who are allergic to key ingredients and/or vegans)

-Hillary sent classified emails and should be charged
-The Republican Party is not racist, homophobic, sexist, etc.
-For as much as I disagree with him and think he's an idiot, Donald Trump is not racist, homophobic, sexist, etc.
-The E.U. as a governing body is bad (though the single market is quite useful from what I can tell)
-Bernie is as crazy as Trump can be, just more able to do his job (which is scarier)
-Rick Scott and Marco Rubio are fine politicians and people
-Amnesty for illegal immigrants is a good idea (if they have not been convicted of serious crimes and have contributed to the American workforce)
-Voter ID laws are not racist
-If Pence is President, he will not do half of the stuff the posters on this website say he will

Seriously, talking about party registration, this website is probably pushing me further away from becoming an independent (though my beliefs are remaining intact) Tongue

That is a fact, and they would not consider themselves to be Scandinavians.

For me: 1a. Malnatis 1b. Uno's 2. Girodanos 3. Grew up with it being Connie's but I guess they are dead at this point. Need to try Pequods at some point.

As for Papa Del's, I have mixed feelings about it. Its definitely a Champaign staple, and was a real treat a handful of times over my college years. But at least before they opened up the new location, they got our order for pick up wrong basically every time. Then the last time I went back about a year and a half after graduation, I found the crust to be too doughy. That being said, Papa Del's is a Champaign icon, and I'll be back there at some point.

Glad to see you’re consistent at least. Although I personally don’t think it should come as a surprise that you - focused on fiscal conservatism - would immensely dislike someone like Bernie. It’s not like I have a high opinion of Reagan or Thatcher.

Both parents deserve access to options to cancel their parental rights/responsibilities during the course of a pregnancy, regardless of what the other parent wants to force upon them.

CPS needs to check on kids of all middle class/rich parents without warning and often. Not vaccinating, accepting that mental health problems are real and deserve sympathy, or respecting their lgbtq+ kids should all be grounds for taking all of the kids into foster care.

Telephone conversations and internet activity don't have a reasonable expectation of privacy and thus aren't protected under the Fourth Amendment.
Something you're doing in your own home doesn't have a reasonable expectation of privacy?
Not if it's something people outside your home can see or hear.

The real question here is: Where in the Fourth Amendment does the phrase "reasonable expectation of privacy" ever appear?
It doesn't, but courts have established that as a precedent for testing its application.
