I think it could be a bad poll.  Remember that the original tweet said ""swing" states" (notice their quotations).  They could be meaning that none of them seemed to be swing states in their polls.  Unless, they mean it in a good way for Ohio.  But, I'll say Clinton+5 and Portman+8.  PPP will find a tie, more or less, and Portman up double digits.

Whatever bias or lean exists in their polling, I can't imagine any Clinton supporter being at a nine of happiness in any swing state where they are losing.

I would guess Clinton +1 with the happiness scale at a 6. They probably had a Clinton +5 day in there somewhere.

From my perspective any Clinton lead would register as an 8 on the personal Dem happiness scale

Clinton +1 sounds about right, since that result would have seemed too good to be true before the debate, but is pretty much par for the course right now.
