Do others agree Bloomberg is crazy unelectable?

He's everything Republicans love running against, media, coastal, liberal, "gun-grabbing", elitist (aka Jewish :/ )

They'll have a field day. If anyone thinks Bloomberg is taking back MI/PA/WI. Nope.

<Looks at the 2016 election.>

Bloomberg is electable. He may or may not prove to be a strong candidate, but anyone is electable these days.

I hope he gets done in by the other candidates on the debate stage.

Will Bloomberg get to bring his own box to stand on, or will one be provided for him?
I will continue to believe Trump and Sanders supporters are the different sides of the same coin.

And that's why we'll beat him: real populists beat faux populists every day of the week!

Mike qualifying for the debate tomorrow is the worst thing to happen to his campaign in months.

But someone has to strike the first blow.  Historically in situations like this Bloomberg will get hurt but so will the candidate that attacks first.  Because of this everyone might hold back hoping someone else strikes first.

Not sure about this one but I read somewhere that Bloomberg's driver license has an inflated number for his height.  Trump is wise in attacking Bloomberg on this topic as it will clearly get under his skin just like Bloomberg is right to attack Trump on how his net worth clearly outsize Trumps as that will get under Trump's skin.

The other 5 candidates need to deploy the flame thrower against Bloomberg tomorrow.

I really can't decide on whether to vote tactically at this point. Should I vote for Bloomberg to stop Bernie or stick with Biden?

You should vote for who you think is the best candidate. People outsmart themselves too much with tactical voting strategies. Even if Biden ends up losing send the message you supported Biden.

Funny thing is, he's not even that short (I think 5'8"/5'9"? Of course that is "short" in politics) but it obviously gets under his skin: to the point that Trump attacked him once for it and suddenly Bloomberg decides he's going to spend big money even if Bernie is the nominee. It's obviously a really sore spot for him. Bernie of course shouldn't delve into it, but there are plenty of us who will have a good laugh.

I imagine Trump's strategy is going to be like the Key and Peele "leprechaun" video, where every time he gets mentioned, his height is referenced as being even shorter. I could see Trump easily talking about "two-foot-four Mini Mike" by the time October rolls around.

Sanders supporters: people should have healthcare and the rich don't deserve respect just because they're rich
Trump supporters: beat the sh-t out of dissenters and kick out all the Mexicans
Good and smart-brained moderates: these are the same thing

Bloomberg is 5'5.  He's listed as 5'8 on Google, which is average height, but when you look at pictures of him next to other individuals whose heights are known it's obvious that he's not.

For instance, he only comes up to about Trump's shoulders, and we know Trump is 6'1 because of pictures of him standing next to Obama, who is a known 6'1.

Correct.  Also in finance even 5'8" is pretty short so I can see why Bloomberg have a chip on his shoulder about this.

Fixed it for you. I've received many, many death threats from Sanders supporters since 2016, telling me I deserve to be shot during the "revolution," fantasizing about murdering my family, and accusing me of everything under the sun. And lets not forget the leftist blackshirt gangs that vandalized DC in January 2017.

My god, I'm so sorry people were mean to you on the internet and people in real life don't want a fascist American dictator to keep kids in cages at the border. How dreadful.

A reminder: the internet is not real life.

Also, yes, you are correct. The internet is not real life. It's been proven by Corbyn's socialist Labour Party getting it's a-- whooped and Sanders under-performing in New Hampshire, despite both having massive social media followings.

How do you expect to defeat Trump then if you refuse to vote for another Democrat? It's delusional to believe the Greens or Libertarians will ever come close to winning a GE. And what will happen if you do not vote for the Democrat? Trump's reelection chances go up. It's simple logic.

People who vote Green or Libertarian are hardly guaranteed to vote for a Democrat if they are devoid of their preferred party's candidate on the ballot. And given our antiquated EC system, third-party votes have no impact outside of swing states.

If you refuse to vote for the Democratic nominee this election, and Trump wins a second term, you'll be just as responsible for the next four years as his supporters were.

My third-party vote in Solid D Illinois would have no impact on Trump getting reelected.

And if Bloomberg has to worry about that many third-party defections, then clearly he's not the electoral juggernaut people are making him out to be.
