Who buys decaf tea anyway? No chance it's decaf. Coffee, sure, that's a common decaf drink, but not tea. Bushie is wired right now. How else can you explain his energy at this hour? Wink
It's disturbing enough to lie about everything, but it's almost even more disturbing to manage to get caught practically every time.

Hey, if it turns out I'm wrong, I will say so later on tonight.  I have no qualms with that.  I'm not intentionally lying, I'm going off what I think I heard one time.  I'll check to be sure, though.  I'll admit I was wrong if I am wrong.

It's not about your iced tea.

If its about the Starbucks misinformation.  I've already admitted that I was wrong.  End of discussion.

I'm don't care about whatever garbage a conservative news source told you either.

I'm more interested in the lying about walking. I don't quite understand the motivation for lying yet again...and I understand even less how someone can manage to get caught.

Oh, the walking lie drama from earlier this evening?  That's old news, where've you been?  Smiley

I am a little wired, but I'm starting to get tired.  To be honest, my OCD is starting to flare up just a little right now...  I've got a birthday countdown on my tablet, and I'm waiting for it to cross under 10,000 minutes and 600,000 seconds.  If you feel the need to ask, think this is Bushie, then don't trouble yourself any further!

The 10,000 minutes and 600,000 seconds will happen at 1:20 am...

Why are you waiting until Tuesday to start walking?

Be honest... did you ever actually start walking?  I think you lied.  I think you claimed you were walking, until I could prove that you weren't, and then you "stopped".  This is just like your diet.  You claimed you were losing weight, but then when we asked for proof, you started making excuses and eventually admit that you lied.

So, tell us, did you lie about walking?  Because it seems to fit the pattern of your usual lies.

I actually did walk a couple of the days.  I didn't walk for very long, but I did walk.  I will admit I did not walk as long as I said I did, but I did get outside and walk just a bit.  I took one lap around the 2 acres and called it a day.

So I was right... another lie.  Not only did you not walk a mile, but assuming two square acres side by side, you didn't even walk a quarter of a mile.

How can you claim you're ready to do God's work in Kenya when you're still compulsively lying about such insignificant things here in America?

Do you really think your lying will stop in Kenya?  I doubt it.  And at that point, you're putting not just yourself in jeopardy, but innocent orphans and the entire orphanage.  Who knows what kind of trouble your lies will get them in.  Jeff, you need help.  By not seeking the help you need and going to Kenya, you are being incredibly selfish.

Would you please stop harassing me and misconstruing my intent.  You are the one being selfish by going on a witch hunt for any kind of lie you can find and then calling me a horrible person because of it.

What makes you think he's caught practically every time?

What's left that he's told us that we actually believe? That he's morbidly obese, I guess, that I believe.

There are all sorts of things that he could have been lying about for which he was never actually "caught" even if people may have suspicions.  For example, meeting with family, his family not wanting to go outside or whatever, whether he sent off job applications, whether he's applying to this school in a few months, why he's going to Kenya, *if* he's going to Kenya.  There are countless things he may or may not be lying about.

Even among the lies he's confessed to, only a fraction of those are things where he was actually "caught".  There are plenty of things, like the water drinking in recent weeks, where he came out and admitted the lie without anyone having caught him on it first.

I'm nearly positive he never applied to any jobs. Or a lot fewer than he claimed. If I recall, he finally said after much hounding that the job hunt was suspended because of his new life plan, which he proceeded to forget about a week later.

I'm truly not trying to turn this into a long discussion.  I'm just perplexed how it is that you've changed course so quickly from thinking it is decaf to thinking it's not.

It was when the answer he thinks we want to hear changed from "it's decaf" (because of the diuretic issue) to "it's probably not decaf" (it wasn't plausible she makes decaf tea.)

I've made out my list of what I want to work on this next year.  I didn't list everything, but I listed the major, glaring items right now such as weight, lying, porn, getting out of debt, etc.  It's kind of like New Year's Resolutions except starting on my birthday instead of January 1.

Being in such close quarters with your parents, porn is still an issue?

I only do it in my bedroom when everyone is asleep with the volume way down and the door shut.

Good Monday Morning!  I went to bed at 02:00 and still managed to get up at 09:00 without an alarm.  I am ready to begin the day and I'm about ready to go outside and walk for about 30 minutes starting roughly about 10:30-10:45.

Alright, I have just walked for roughly 21 minutes at a distance of 1.12 miles according to my phone app, 1.08 miles according to the Endomondo website.  I have been in for about 5 minutes and I feel fine, my breathing is not heavy or labored so I'm fine.  Inks should have this report in his app and will be able to confirm it.

That's about the distance and time I walked both ways to church yesterday and less than how far I walked a couple weeks ago (one way!) when I saw The Place Beyond The Pines. That is not much.

For a guy who hasn't walked, it's very good.

I went down and got a small hamburger, no fries for lunch and no breakfast.  I haven't had a big meal.  IMO, a small hamburger by itself is little more than a glorified sandwich.  The fries are half the battle, if not more, and the cheese is another good chunk of the battle.  Strip the cheese and fries away and you have a sandwich.

Limit your red meat intake. Next time go for grilled chicken or something. Every little bit helps. Burgers have a lot more fat and cholesterol versus a chicken breast.

When I was at the Mexican Restaurant Saturday evening, even though I got hold of a bad dish (that actually made me lose 2 pounds), I decided to get slow-cooked pulled chicken instead of fajita-style beef.  Not much when you're looking a bunch of other goodies on that plate, but it is what it is.

I had a nice nap, now I am about ready to head to Grandma's in a little bit.  I probably won't stay as long as I had planned as my aunt and uncle aren't going out to eat with his siblings.  I may stay over there for one final supper, though, Beans & Cornbread.  I'm not entirely sure if they are straight Pinto Beans or Grandma's specialty Texoma Beans?  I'll find out shortly!  Then, tonight, I will be watching a double header of baseball from 18:00-00:00.  Since I just had a hamburger for lunch, I will probably limit myself to one bowl of beans and maybe two or three cornbread muffins.  I will also take a gander at the tea box to see if it is regular or decaf.

With the last of the company leaving tomorrow morning and the family dinners over after tonight, we will be able to do just that.  In fact, tonight is a homecooked meal - Beans & Cornbread, which is not too bad, I guess as the beans are a good source of protein.  The cornbread is just bread with no real nutritional benefit or nutritional hazard.
