Meh, Heller only won by 1 point against a horrific Dem opponent, the state has only become less white since then, and Masto is a much stronger candidate than Berkley. Still Tilt-to-Lean D as far as I'm concerned.

John Oceguera (Heck's opponent in 2012) just jumped into NV-4, putting him in a battle for the nomination against Lucy Flores.

Which makes me wonder who will run in NV-3 now.  Bilbray hasn't said much yet.

So, the Dem nominee for NV-3 in 2012 is now running in NV-4, and the GOP nominee in NV-4 in 2012 is now running in NV-3.  Got it.
