Chris Matthews just reminded us about three times just before the commercial break that we won't know who is actually winning until the results come in. Thanks, Chris!

he will be as giddy as a little school girl, along with his pal keith olbermann if obama wins.

Any media station that is not CNN is  strongly pro-Obama to you...so this statement is irrelevant.

dont worry...chris and keith will be the first to jump all over obama when and if he starts making mistakes.

as will a lot of other obama supporters...come to think of it.

The Virginia and Maryland exit polls showed Obama making inroads into Clinton's base. If these polls are correct, Obama has only continued that, and to say Clinton is in big trouble is a severe understatement.

Well, gee, I think CNN may have just sort-of implied they might call Wisconsin upon close.

They at least used the same wording that they have used in the past when that happened.

But it was unclear...we'll see.

It's the calm before the big storm (Ohio and Texas).

That means that his margin would be like 20%. I doubt it...

Exit polling shows Obama has a substantial margin in Wisconsin...but too early to call.

Here's the exit poll:

http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/primaries/results/epolls/index.html#WIDEM

Obama leads 61-35 among men, 51-49 among women. That translates to 55-43, I think (not doing the math, just eyeballing).

Obama 55.3%
Clinton 43.0%

California whites are very different from Wisconsin whites (much, much wealthier).

Looking at CNN's exit poll, almost 40 percent of Democratic primary voters were over 60, and they are Clinton's strongest base of support. According to Fox she won them 60 to 40 or something like that. Could the large numbers of senior's be why this has not been called yet, despite the numbers looking to be in Obama's favor?
