This race was only won by Dem because the Belvin was so unliked.

So does Politico or CNN have Fulton County wrong?  Because their results are exactly opposite each other.    Angry

Probably CNN is wrong. NYT agrees with Politico, and CNN has a lot more of these data entry errors than others usually (they had Rowan County's results flipped for a while earlier in the night, too). Unclear if the error carries over to their statewide total or is just an error for the county map, though.

Daniel Cameron and Michael G. Adams are even bigger idiots than Bevin is. Now they're the face of the Kentucky GOP.

Ballard reported on NYT. Net 1,000 votes for Bevin. NYT has some Grayson votes in, too, though not the entire county. Not enough for Bevin to pull ahead or particularly closer.

Thanks!  I was just about to go do some digging into Fulton Co's demographics to check.    Curly

Still no counties with anywhere near half of precincts reporting, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Im not sure I buy that

Its true that Belvin was disliked but it also true that we are seeing a lot of the same trends that we saw in 2018

The suburbs continue to trend towards the Dems and away from Trump/GOP

JBE and Bevin both losing reelection would be an astonishing result, but I guess it can’t be ruled out.

LA is more polarized then KY but I doubt it would happen.

Way too early to say. The Deep South is hard to read from early results because of extreme racial polarization within counties. Reeves is up by about 10 so far but mostly from Republican areas like the coast, Hattiesburg metro and DeSoto.

Republicans have lost these elections. Even if the GOP wins MS and LA, it's over. This is going to hurt President's Trump's re-election, makes me very sad Sad
