Guys, focus.  You're getting dangerously close to needing "Comedy Goldmine Rising."

My previous thread on this subject was deleted, for reasons unknown.

I guess none of us are immune.

Upon further examination, there were two trolling posts reported from the previous thread (the posts were both by Hamilton, of course).  Dave said he deleted the posts, but apparently he (inadvertently?) deleted the whole thread as well.

My posts there weren't even bad.

From the Hot Girls Thread:

No idea who this, but nearly perfect in every way. Maybe throw some thick-framed glasses on and I'll throw on my grandmother's diamond ring.

Every girl should invest in a pair of mom jeans. Or seven. Super high-rise too. I have no idea why I find these more attractive than regular or even low-rise jeans, but I do. Naso probably knows what I'm talking about.

You're right the first one is just about perfect, and while the second is very sexy, I have to point out those jeans don't look 'high rise' at all, kind of low rise actually.

More than 80 prominent North Dakota Republicans signed a letter encouraging him to run.

There are more than 80 people in North Dakota?!?

No, even more impressive there are more than 80 prominent people in North Dakota.

Lief and BushOK should rent an apartment together and have a kooky sitcom.

I doubt Lief would survive my constant playing of K-LOVE Christian Radio or my frequent watching of The Weather Channel.

Am I right that the key to the humor here was the juxtaposition with the unrelated chit-chat to Lief about his photos, and the lack of any comment upon my spewing-nipple fantasy gal?

Context needed:

I'm starting to suspect that too much masturbation damaged his brain when he was young.

It's funny 'cause it's true:

Yup, cigarettes make hot girls hotter. (And ugly girls uglier).

Like most things, this exercise is a classic example of the dilemmas faced by upper middle class white kids in College Republicans who just know that, if they had been born to a single black mom in Detroit they would have founded Google by now, but affirmative action has prevented them from realizing their true potential, forcing them to attend... gasp! Purdue!

The congressman from Georgia's 1st district, first elected in 1992. Basically a generic Republican.

So he hates women, gays and equality?

I just foundd your fountain girls a humorous addition to the "Hot Girls" thread.

From the GOP Presidential Nominee Prediction Thread:

It will be the one that is NOT pro-abortion, hah, or pro-gun control, or pro-gay rights, or pro-health care, or pro-polygamy.

Yes, we need a candidate who is against health care.

Perhaps we could more out of jmfcst if we gave him 10 point infractions regularly, get him to think he's being banned, and then withdraw the points.  Enhanced moderation techniques.

No, he's too dull and has nothing that other, better candidates don't have.

The thing is though, that Pawlenty doesn't have any of the other candidates short-comings either.

He isn't a greasy car-salesman who's flip-flopped on abortion like Romney.
He isn't completly crazy and agressive like Bachmann.
He isn't a Libretairian like Paul and Johnson.
He isn't the byproduct of anal sex, like Santorum.
He isn't Newt Gingrich, like Gingrich.

Und so weiter...

Santorum wasn't the byproduct of anal sex.
Bachamann isn't completely crazy
Paul is a Paleoconservative who believes in free trade

The others I'll give you

I'll be highly annoyed if I find out Saturday that I spent the last 12 years of my life wasting away in the public school system. Ugh. Hopefully this ain't true, but I'll certainly say a prayer sometime Saturday.
