I can agree to an extent.  Like I said, though, the prof will spend all weekend updating the curriculum to match the 2012 book so there won't have to be any more test corrections.  There is not much difference between the 2011 edition and the 2012 edition except that Chapter 11 is the 2011 edition is not covered until Chapter 21 in the 2012 edition, meaning Chapters 12-21 in the 2011 edition is Chapters 11-20 in the 2012 edition.  That is at the root at all this turmoil.
